gomatrix no longer uses termbox-go

FYI, I was looking at the listed projects that use termbox-go and found that gomatrix no longer does; they've switched to github.com/gdamore/tcell for better color and non-unicode-terminal support. See GeertJohan/gomatrix@8c7e6a2
