Light Box the Settings Page

It would be nice if the Settings page had the settings centered and 'light boxed' on the page. That is to say a darker background with the settings in a centered box in the middle of the page making it look more like a properties dialog. An example of this is the XMarks extension settings page. At least for me it makes the settings page look more like a extensions property dialog then just some random web page.
