Manual spell casting uses last spell's direction.

When casting a spell with manual spell casting, it uses the direction(you/them) of the last cast spell. This means that if after casting poison(In Ro), you cast Lesser Heal(Do Un Ro), the Lesser Heal will not be cast on you, but on other creatures, regardless of the direction selected in the spell set at the bottom.
