Better translation support

Original Nox only supported one translation per installation, since it shipped a language-specific font and only one translation file.
In OpenNox, we should support multiple translations per installation, including community-created ones.
For this we need:
- A free OTF/TTF font similar to what Nox used, which supports all target languages.
- Platform for the community to contribute translations.
- Internal support for importing translations from the platform.
We already registered a Crowdin profile and uploaded all translations we are aware of there (while stripping campaign-related texts, since they may fall under copyright). Now we need to make use of it.
We will target the following languages, as of now:
- English
- French
- German
- Italian
- Spanish
- Korean
- Russian
You can help us by contributing missing translation files (nox.csf).
