Description of the Issue

According to a user in the Forum here, the message that shows up on the first run after upgrading beyond v8.5.2 is confusing to a certain subset of users.

Apparently, it would help them if there was an easier-to-understand message.

Describe the solution you'd like.

Maybe at the end of the dialog: "If you don't use commands from the Macros or Run menus, or if all your Macros and Run Menu commands are working fine, then you can safely hit OK and not worry about this message."

(The user in the forum suggested a link to some page that explained it so that all levels could understand it, but I don't know what else could really be said that would help entry-level users, and most users have been able to figure it out. Since it was my explanation that "if you don't use macros, you can safely ignore that" that eventually made sense to that user, I think my suggested text to add to the dialog would be sufficient.)
