Support Microsoft Word

Support for importing Word documents should be added, so that people can more easily switch.
Would be nice to see on this the following:
- The design headings in word converted correctly to md headings
- Ability to offset the heading conversion by one to allow the word design title to become top level heading or not
- Basic text formatting such as bold, underline, strike and italic converted correctly
- Both ordered and unordered lists converted correctly with indentations for sublists maintainer
- Option to convert word design quotes to md quote blocks or to convert indented text sections to md quotes
- Tables converted well to md tables
- Images etc to be imported using the attachments feature of this app
You can use pandoc to convert the formats
