New Feature: Set region to detect face

- Keep the face detector from looking in certain areas of the source frame by defining this area using left, right, top and bottom sliders to "crop" out the areas. When you check the "Stop tracking faces" box, you can see red crop lines, and they move as you adjust the sliders.
