Swiper isn't working when using register function with Stenciljs framework

Bug description
When i use the CDN link inside my app, the swiper element works as expected but when i try to use register function nothing works.
Expected Behavior
Swiper should works with the register function
Actual Behavior
No response

11.1.3

Macos chrome,Macos Safari
