Made a Ruby gem

Hi.

I made a Ruby gem which allows to invoke optimize-js from Ruby.
Also this gem works well with sprockets and Rails.
I am interested in this project and I will maintain it until uglifyjs implement optimize-js functionality.

Maybe someone will find this useful.
