In terminal cd to file directory:

Make sure required packages are installed in your env. The following is documentation on command line syntax.
python script.py -i path -l items -h help
example: python text_file_parser.py -i /Users/username/Desktop/meeting_saved_chat.txt -l 'sleep' 'relax' 'exercise' 'imposter' 'docs' 'water' 'help desk' 'food' 'routine'
