This is regression of #145

according to ChangeLog

v0.8.6
* Fix installer: Increase MAX_LEN for manipulating PATH to 8000

according to Building

* NSIS v3 for compiling the installer (use the large strings build to avoid errors when manipulating PATH)

I got same error in nodist 0.9.1. 0.9.1 did't use NSIS large strings build. I think.

Hello, sorry for the delays, just want to update you that I am working on a new build and fixing my build chain for future releases. Also I am going to be making a new release today.
