steps
1: uninstall nodist v0.8.8
2: delete 「C:\Program Files (x86)\Nodist」directory
3: install nodist v0.9.0 for 「https://github.com/nullivex/nodist/releases/download/0.9.0/NodistSetup-v0.9.0.exe」

C:\>nodist npm 6.4.1
npm 6.4.1
tar.Extract is not a function.
Sorry.

OS: Window 7 HomePremium SP1 64bit
Lang: ja

C:\Program Files (x86)\Nodist\node_modules\tar\package.json
version: 4.4.8

This is due to a dependency upgrade on the tar package. I will work on a 0.9.1 to address this issue.
