multiple issues when 'Enable WAN down browser redirect notice' in roughter

There are multiple issues with net, wifi, mqtt ect. with the roughters where enable 'Enable WAN down browser redirect notice' as when no internet connection all DNS will redirect to a IP similar to 10.0.0.1
nodemcu will get confuse, eating heap, or will not connect back till restart.....
