Can I program NODE-MCU with arm MDK keil u-Vision.
If there is any Documentation please share here.
I want to program NODE-MCU in register level

I suspect that you are talking about hardware, not the firmware and this git is all about firmware named nodemcu-firmware. Moving forward - Tensilica has nothing to do with ARM either.
