Support saved profiles for different mice [enhancement]

Description
Add the ability to save a 'profile' of customization options to use for different hardware mice
Rationale
I frequently switch between two mice (one for work/general productivity and one for gaming) which have different button configurations and would like for the tool to either:
- Detect the current device in use, and recall the last saved customization settings for that device
OR - Allow the saving of customization options into 'profiles' which can be switched between
