add model that uses growth morphs

There is a model called growth_morphs, but it actually uses 5 platoons and just has 1 growth morph. Adding a test model with more than 1 growth morph would be helpful
@Rick-Methot-NOAA or @iantaylor-NOAA do you know where I could find a model that uses growth morphs? I tried this one that Rick used for testing a fix to 3.30.14, but I couldn't get it running with 3.30.14, 3.30.15, or 3.30.17.01. Rick, maybe you have a more recent one?
