Exit not work

After making some changes to this project, I could compile and initialize tuna with a valid wallet. However, exit seems not work with following message.
2019/07/12 09:36:01 Couldn't subscribe to topic root.proxy because: INTERNAL ERROR, can not append tx to txpool
Any suggestions on troubleshooting?
