Question: How to build a utility process?

@nklayman I know this plugin is deprecated (and so is Vue Cli), but we're kind of locked into it for now, but we're still looking to improve our app.
Quick question -- how hard would it be to add support for building a utility process alongside the background & main processes?
Would that be hard to add to the plugin? Do you do consulting? I'd be happy to pay you to help implement it if so.
