V-bind() in CSS no longer works when upgrading Electron version

Describe the bug
After upgrading my Electron version from 13 to 15, in order to fix Node bugs, all V-Bind() functions in CSS no longer work
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create default project.
- Setup component with a style that has V-Bind().
- Upgrade Electron
Expected behavior
The V-Bind() function should still work as normal

Additional context
Downgrading back to Electron 13 fixes it but is not an option.
