search: return sortOptions with appropriate queries

based on the Fetch, there are a number of sort operations that can help surface the most useful data

• i.e. the db layer should recommend a set of search options based on the table
  • this is going to be more difficult than it appears on the surface
• or at least the BFF layer, UI has no fkn clue
• check how github does their notifications search filter box
