Mist hangs on bootable usb creation

Hi running latest Mist on Ventura and Apple silicon.
Gave the correct RW permisssions for the Mist folder (Cache folder didn't exist yet).
This enabled Mist to download the Ventura update, but hanged on creating bootable usb.
Getting :
An error has occurred!
Invalid Termination Status: 252
Erasing disk: 0%... 10%...
Error erasing disk error number (-69888, 0)
An error occurred erasing the disk.
Is it due to the fact that i hadn't updated the RW permissions on the cache folder ?
I did so now, but is it possible to have Mist just create the bootable usb now, without having to go thru the whole dowloading process again ?
@ihubgit am I able to confirm which version of macOS you are trying to create a bootable USB for?
If it's 10.12.6, I have an incoming fix 👍
