hdiutil: create failed - Operation not permitted
βΉοΈ Additional context
I've faced this problem before, but rebooting the computer used to help. Now restarting the computer does not solve this problem
This problem does not appear if I run the application through a binary file with sudo - sudo /Applications/Mist.app/Contents/MacOS/Mist
but obviously this is not a friendly solution
I am unable to replicate this issue, however I am on Apple Silicon hardware and do not have access to an Intel-based Mac:
The path /Volumes/042-01917 1/
most likely indicates that there has been a double up of mounted volumes. Can you confirm in Disk Utility all temporary volumes relating to Mist have been unmounted?
FWIW I don't think the fact you are running a Hackintosh is related, but as a last resort it might be worth testing on Apple hardware on either macOS Monterey 12.6.7 or macOS Ventura 13.4.1
@Drovosek01 were you able to replicate and/or are you still having this issue?
