macOS Ventura 13.6.3 Installer appears to be 13.6.2 according to both Mac and OCLP

🪲 Description
Although the version number appears to be macOS Ventura 13.6.3 (22G430) and App version 18.6.11, when I wanted to create a bootable installer with this version from MIST, my Mac didn't allow it as it can't downgrade, and in the logs the installer appears as macOS Ventura 13.6.2, I also tried to create another bootable disk from OpenCore Legacy Patcher, that was also the same there about the version of this installer. I downloaded to export separately, in all formats like .iso, .pkg, .dmg and also as an app, then I tired creating a bootable disk directly from this installer. they were all there same. All options appears on my Mac different than what version it says it is on MIST.
