Make sure you are granted Download permission by the server owner.
Yes, the download permission was always given.
Is the pass required? No way to bypass?
Sorry for not replying before.
If you are getting any kind of access denied errors, then that is on the plex server side and what rights you have been granted.
This only works for accessing servers you have download access to. This doesn't do any kind of exploit or anything.
However, there are others who have made better apps than this one now. I have not tried it, but you could check out this one here that looks good and is better supported than this app I made a long time ago.
