"Movie Using Incompatible Agent" Error

Receiving the error below:
E, [2021-02-24T18:53:16.126657 #1334] ERROR -- : Movie [MOVIE TITLE] using incompatiable agent
Also just started getting this error about a week ago. It happened after plex updated their agents i guess
E, [2021-06-12T02:45:58.213195 #2218] ERROR -- : TV Show XXXXXXXXXX using incompatiable agent
I have tried reverting Plex back to the legacy agents because it happened after I had Plex use the upgraded agents. This still did not help
and incompatible is misspelled
