Fix 1337x download

The plugin for 1337x in the list is not working with the last qBittorrent release.
I tested yours but the download is not working. Could you fix it?
I'm also interested in make this plugin official.
NOTE: If you fix the plugin and it works for python2 and python3 you could replace the plugin in this page with yours:
