Ableton doesn't register arrow key

Hello,

I am setting up my script for using LPHK with Ableton (mainly shortcut) but notice a very strange bug.
When I use the PRESS/TAP of any arrow key, ableton doesn't register the input but my pc does (for ex, it move an internet page up/down). Is it a know issue already and does some one know a turn over (as i need my arrow key to select plug-in before loading them with macro)

also: I also seen that if I want to input a - i need to write PRESS 6 and not PRESS -
