Cync devices dont show correct state (on) on initial plugin load (if Home Assistant reboots). Opening the Cync app on my phone automatically updates Home Assistant though. Anyway to fix this?

Is there a way to automatically send the packet or dowhatever my phone does when I pull up the Cync app?
Home assistant constantly gets the Cync device state wrong initially if it is turned on/off outside of homeassistant (via phone or physical touch).
If I simply open Cync, home assistant instantly gets the correct device state. Is there some way the plugin can be modified to query correctly on plugin start by sending whatever packet the phone does?
I have a wireshark dump but unsure of what to look for.
