change the y axis to log when choosing the semilog plot!

noticed that when you switch from linlin to semilog plot we keep the same axis label. need to change this
What do you mean? You want the vertical axis label to read log Distance instead of just Distance? I don't think this is what we want; we're still plotting the same quantity, after all, just with a different scaling of the vertical axis.
After briefly discussing with @nikosarcevic in person, I think the consensus is that we can close this issue for now.
