📄little problem with char codepage

I'm just downloading it to try it out🧶, not in hurry to use it so enjoy your time🎡
If possible you can use SakuraUnicode FMO, which is always UTF-8 encoding
Or decode the FMO content with CP_ACP (instead of fixed Shift-JIS)
