`nike flake check` warns of unknown output for Home-Manager configs

Currently running the test target yields:
➜ make test
nix-shell shell.nix --command 'nix flake check'
warning: Git tree '/home/nikita/Documents/repos/infra' is dirty
warning: unknown flake output 'homeConfigurations'
Investigate if there is a way to disable this warning.
Closing - currently a limitation of flakes.
