CP1252 vs. UTF8

Hi Michal,

I am trying to use our great tool - https://github.com/nijel/enca

I need to detect between UTF8 and LATIN1 of mysql, actually CP-1252.

But when I look a the documentation "enca --list charsets" I don't see CP-1252.

Can you help, can I do it with your tool or can you recommend on another solution?

P.S. I am using Ruby and PHP.

Indeed there is no support for this charset.
