The following structure "this means that the plant can withstand a minimum temperature of 30 °F (−1.1 °C) to 40 °F (4.4 °C). " taken from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hardiness_zone is parsed as a number of separate quantities

There should be two ranges here, one in Fahrenheit, one in Celsius (after #204 )
