[External] Translating the app to different languages

I am currently working on translations for PHP Monitor 6.1.
Since the app is mostly feature complete at this time, I figured it was okay to start looking for folks who might be willing to help translate the app (not via some automatic translation system, but via native speakers).
These languages are already OK:
- English (by @nicoverbruggen)
- Vietnamese (by @xuandung38, thank you!)
- German (by @dsturm, thank you!)

I'd start with the German translation, but would continue later this day.
All strings have now been translated, but should be rechecked for correction.
I've noticed some strings weren't translated, so I've added these:

"generic.notice" = "Notice";
The intended use is as the fallback title for dynamic alerts... "Notice" is used as the title of the window. Although this title is hidden from the user, macOS may still use it when you navigate between open windows of the app using Mission Control... so that's where you could potentially see it pop up.
I don't think it's used like that yet, actually. But that's the intended usage. Hope that helps!

Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well. I'm planning on releasing an initial beta with the localization files that are ready so far by the end of next week.
If anyone has a translation that they'd like for me to add to this preliminary build, please let me know by the end of this week, so I can put the translations in. As far as my current plans are concerned... there's no real hurry but I'd like to have 6.1 finalized by the end of summer and release 6.1 by the end of August. Any translations that are ready by then will make it into that version.
I plan on dropping some beta builds here first, so you can also check if the app's translations don't cause any obvious layout issues. Thanks again for all your help!
