Domain isolation needed on cli level also

Domain isolation is working great but when using CLI commands it still uses global PHP and throws an error.

It would be great to have the isolated PHP version on CLI level
Problem Details
Domain Isolated PHP version: PHP 7.4
Global PHP version: PHP 8.2
