Handle case where WebSOC refuses to return more than 900 classes

WebSOC doesn’t seem to like returning more than 900 classes in the TXT format, which is weird, since they don’t seem to have a problem doing so for the HTML format. Maybe we should add the ability to parse the (terribly-formatted) HTML page in these cases? In my testing, this only occurred with the CHEM department.
