Handling very large markdown files (in Markdown mode with live preview)

Summary
Hello,
Does anyone have experience or tips on handling very large markdown files (equivalent of 1000+ pages document with many big tables, images, diagrams etc.) with the Toast UI Editor in Markdown mode? To be able to handle such large documents, we would need to have virtual scrolling for both the source editor and the live preview. Is this something that's feasible to achieve with the Toast UI Editor?
