Bug: Number Circle missing before "Collaborate" Heading

Description
Currently, the website's sections include "Collaborate," "Connect," and "Build."
And, there is a number circle before each one of them, except for "Collaborate" . This inconsistency can be improved for a more cohesive design.
Proposed Solution
To maintain design consistency across sections, we propose adding a number circle element before the "Collaborate" heading. This will enhance the visual appeal and user experience.

@varundhand , you can just copy-paste what you want to remove (whatever you mentioned here) in that issue itself. and we can proceed further. That issue has a https://github.com/MilanCommunity/Milan/labels/multi-asignees tag, meaning more than 1 person can collaborate and make PRs for the same issue.
