Description
The documentation github page is down due to SSL error.
I get an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR in my chrome browser when trying to access the docs.

A colleague of mine can access the site, but after clearing all my caches and keychains on my mac still can not view the page.
My mobile phone has access; I will close the issue.
