Describe the bug
Our jenkins status are not being updated correctly even though they are running.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Look at the README.....
Expected behavior
These should update based on the status; this could be due to how GH is pulling the images.

Fixed; issue was with a jenkins update that removed permissions for job-status read-only to user anonymous.
