Include aligned sequences and translations in ndjson

For me, it would be amazing if it would be possible to include the aligned sequences and translations in the NDJSON output.

I call Nextclade as part of a longer pipeline and at the moment, I have to join the individual fasta files together (which is not trivial for huge files).
