Transition to using the CHANGELOG.md (again?) so that the app store picks it up

groupfolders is one of the few remaining Featured apps that doesn't populate the Changelog tab in the app store. Tagged releases already have reasonable change log notes attached. Just need them to also end up in CHANGELOG.md in the repo as required by the app store.
