Problem: After submitting through the formation API, some fields are disabled and the user doesn't know why.

Benefit Hypothesis: By explaining why the formation fields are disabled then the user will understand why they're locked.

Draft User Stories:

  • Add Tooltips relevant disabled fields in the Profile & Other Modals (TBD)
    • AC: When users have submitted formation via API, then the disabled fields will have tooltips explaining why
    • Fields: Business Effective Date, Entity ID, Location, and Legal Structure.
    • Tooltip Copy: This information cannot be changed because it was submitted to the NJ Department of Treasury.
