Design: Update error message on name search page

Problem: Users who search for name availability, find an available name and move on, if they return to the name availability page, they then get an error message.

Scope:

  1. identify all cases where the user finds an available name and then get an error message about name availability
  2. when they find an available name, set a time limit before prompting them with an alert message rather than a name availability message.
