Design: Change when Poppy gets Calendar access

Problem: Users get tax calendar at the end of their experience even though there tax obligations start right after they register for taxes, not connecting those dots creates a disconnect for the user, users may not understand that they now owe taxes to the state and with what regularity, and currently they have to review and submit the same information - business name and taxes-- twice, which makes our experience not seem intelligent
