R2C4: quantitative comparison of measured vs. predicted RV/HR time-series explained variance

R2C4: There are several clear representations of how measured or predicted RV/HR time-series explain variance in the fMRI data or impact functional connectivity estimates. However, there are few direct comparisons of measured vs. predicted for these results, with an exception in Supplementary Figure 2. I can qualitatively observe differences, but more quantitative comparisons would be good for completeness and confidence, particularly for pinning down the regional distribution of "variance explained''.
