Add flag to not create a .prettierrc

I use the prettier defaults for everything. Is there a way to skip the part that creates the .prettierrc?
That would be possible, I’m just not sure if it’d be adding too many options to the wizard.
I’m a little torn, but I think I would still merge a PR that added support for skipping the file :)
