[FEATURE] Daily Time Slot for sending mails

It would be great if you can define a daily time span where emails could be sent between date x and y.
E.g. 08:00 am to 05:00 pm.

Because the old one, doesn't implements it the right way.
Trying to find another implementation of this feature implementation.
