User-to-group mapping in Radius DB

New top-level menu in Radius section "Users/Groups".
A table will show mapping between users present in "RadUserGroup" table.
Columns:
"Username", "Group name", "User in RadMan", "Group in RadMan".
Buttons:
"Add user to group", "Remove user from group"
