Move untracked assets below tracked assets in the Local Assets view.

Having the untracked assets above tracked assets is an issue as if you have more untracked assets than tracked assets it is harder to track which assets you have.
Moving the untracked assets below tracked makes comparing non downloaded and downloaded assets easier.
Case in point, having windows installation or windows pe files in the untracked assets section has the section bigger than the assets to be downloaded.
